Lips Festival – Training in the techniques of filling, enlarging and shaping the lips – basic and intermediate level.
Host: Magdalena Florczak – a surgeon and a trainer of aesthetic cosmetology, and the founder of Elite Aesthetics. She took her first steps at universities in Great Britain, where she graduated in Beauty Therapy and Practice Nurse. Magdalena specializes in treatments with fillers, tissue stimulators, fibrin and platelet-rich plasma, PDO and COG threads, and laser therapy.
Training program:
The training consists of two parts: theoretical and practical.
Duration of training: From 6 to 8 hours.
Number of models: 4 (Models provided by the organizer).

Educational goal:
The aim of the training is to acquire theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of lip filling, augmentation and modeling techniques with the use of cross-linked hyaluronic acid. The Festival of Lips training is aimed at people who want to introduce lip filling, augmentation and modeling treatments to their offer, as well as those who already have these treatments on offer, but want to strengthen the foundations and improve their skills.
The theoretical part of the training takes 20% of the training time, the practical part of the training takes 80% of the training time (performing procedures on models under the supervision of a trainer).
The training participants gain theoretical and practical knowledge necessary to perform the procedures of filling, enlarging and modeling the lips on their own. In addition, students receive original educational materials prepared by the trainer – Lips Augmentation WorkBook ™ in Polish, consent and patient card in the paper version.
Training program
Theoretical part:
- History of aesthetic medicine.
- Characteristics, types and application of hyaluronic acid.
- Preparations with cross-linked hyaluronic acid available in Poland and Great Britain.
- Qualification for treatments and anatomical possibilities of lip modeling – discussion on the examples of photos.
- Basics of anatomy necessary for the procedure.
- The structure of the skin and recommended injection depths when filling, augmenting and modeling the lips.
- Techniques of hyaluronic acid administration: linear, point, snap.
- Lips modeling methods in the case of the disappearance of the labial red, narrow lips, 50+ lips, drooping mouth corners, lip asymmetry – selection of the appropriate preparation and technique in order to obtain the best results.
- Complications that may occur after administering cross-linked hyaluronic acid and the rules of procedure – discussion on examples of photos.
- Qualification for the procedure:
- Pre-treatment consultation,
- Contraindications,
- Documentation and consent to the procedure,
- Photographic documentation required for the procedure.
- Preparing the client for the procedure.
Practical part:
- A demonstration of the procedure performed by the trainer step by step.
- Preparation of the workplace.
- Supplementing the client’s card, conducting an interview and discussing the treatment with the client.
- Independent treatment of models in the field of:

- -Raising the corners of the mouth *,

Russian Lips – technique of modeling and filling lips flat using the Russian Lips method, advanced level.

The training is aimed at people with intermediate knowledge in the field of filling, enlarging and modeling lips with the use of cross-linked hyaluronic acid, interested in raising professional qualifications, improving the workshop and the quality of services offered. The Russian Lips method is characterized by a strongly emphasized Cupid arch, lifting the corners of the mouth and increasing the volume of the upper and lower lips. Due to the fact that it does not push the mouth into the so-called duck’s nib, instead it gives the effect of a full, prominent, heart-shaped mouth, the Russian Lips method has gained fame and is widely desired by customers both in Poland and in the UK.

- Independent performance of the Russian Lips lip modeling procedure on models.
Baby Doll Lips – the technique of modeling and filling the lips flat using the Baby Doll Lips method at an advanced level.

The Baby Doll Lips method differs from the Russian Lips method in the way of administering hyaluronic acid and, of course, the end result of the treatment. The lips made with the Baby Doll Lips method have a clear contour (however, the cupid’s bow is less pointed than in the Russian Lips method), the sides of the lips are raised and the middle part of the lips is emphasized. The Baby Doll Lips method, thanks to the fact that it does not puff out the lips and the natural end effect that rejuvenates the entire face, has gained fame and is widely desired by clients both in Poland and in the UK.
